National Policy to Outline: Abroxation of Unequal Treaties Nanking, June 7.
The Central Political Council is preparing a manifesto, to be issued in the immediate future, on the Nationalist Government's policy as regards both the internal and foreign affairs of the country, The manifesto will deal with the abrogation of all unequal treaties fand the negotiation of new treaties. As regards internal "pol Nationalist Government" out as advocated by the late Party's Leader, Dr. Sun Yat-sen, and the convocation of a National People's Convention.
The declaration will be the first important document of united China and it is hoped, will inaugurate a new epoch in Sino-Foreign relations. as well as in China's internat development.
