General Wu Pei-fu is due to arrive at Hankow to-morrow. It is believed that he intends to go on to Kiangsi and take a more active interest in the situation there owing to the important bearing of the situation in Kiangsi on the situation on position of Kuangtung.
Despite the involved situation general, hope of reunification is again manifest in official circles, which have been recently despond dent in that connexion.—Renter.
