Kuominchun's Breach of Faith:
Fengtien Troops Seized Under Safe Conduct: Diplomatic Body Flouted Though a guarantee was given by the Nationalists for ti free withdrawal of the Fengtien forces which remained in Peking to maintain peace, the Krominel hun treacherously held them up and disarmed them. The Diplomatic Body called on the Kuominchun commander, who insulted them, with the result that a strong Note was addressed to the Nanking Government over the matter.
Heavy fighting is going on for possession of Tientsin.
