On the recommendation of the Works Committee, the Shanghai Municipal Council has decided to vito Messrs. W. E. Sauer, Erik Crone and H. F. Lewis to undertake the Ye-assessment of land values in the Settlement during 1933 which was Fecently authorised by the Council, Mr. E. Melntyre, of the S.MLC. Land Office, will be secretary to the assessers.
The Commissioner of Public Works, in a report to the Works Committee outlined the various road alterations made during 1032.
The official plans for 1983. as submitted were and formally approved. It was noted that no new major schedulings were included in the 1933 plans.
