Advices have been received from! the United States calling.attention to one provision in particular in the Fordney McCumber Tariff Bill, which is very important. This is that all merchandise must be marked with the country origin, and if not so marked 10! per cent. additional duty will be, collected, in addition to requiring the importer to mark the country of origin on the articles.
