Wang, the Belgian Concession in Tientsin has now practically been Fendited to the National Government, An agreement is said to have been reached to the following effect The Chinese Government agrees to the payment of part of the loans borrowed from the Banque Belge Pour VEtranger by the Belgian Municipal Council of Tientsins and The Chinese Government agrees return part of the rents, amiountto Ts. 45,000 formerly paid to thet by the Belgian Government to the latter.
