REPORT, The Dfunicipal Council on Febr= vary 7 formally received the Report lof the Ricsha Committee, which was appointed on September 20 The Council decided to adopt the usual procedure in respect. to Ports received from outside Commissions or Committees, i.e, to sub-the report to the Departments concerned for comment, and thereatter to submit both the report and departmental comments to the appropriate Committee or Committees for consideration and recommendation.
The Council agreed that this pro-,.leedure should be adopted without delay.
