The private criminal prosecution [brought in the First Special District Court by Tsai Yang-gee against Long Tsu-ying, Chinese detective of Louza Police Station, accused of torture, has been, through the Ministry of Justice, referred to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs which will take up the matter [with the foreign authorities concerned.
'The statement was made Tuesday (July 28) by judge Liu" Yoh-kuei of the First' Special District Court when the hear. ing was resumed against the Chinese detective who was alleged to have tortured with "third degree methods" Tsai Yang-gee when the latter was detained at the police station as a robber suspect.
