Vienna, July 28.
The Cabinet to-day accepted Dr. Franz von Papen as the new German Minister to Austria, The appointment of Herr von Papen, a non-Nazi, followed the recalling by the German Government of the former Minister, Dr. Kurt von Neth for having acted as an inter-me diary between the Federal author1- Wes and the rebels, without the sanction of his home' government.
Dr. von Papen was, until yesterday, Reich Vice-Chancellor and' Commis: sloner for Saar Questions.
Th the meantime, Herr von Papen is remaining in Berlin, where he has work to clear up—Reuter.
