Public ownership and control of the primary industries and services, banking credit and land are—the items in the "programme of Issued to-day by the Execu live of the Labour Party for consideration at the annual conference of the party.
Industries to be publicly owned and @rastically reorganized include transport, electricity, water, iron and stoot, coal, gus, textiles, shipping, shipbuilding and engineering Abolition of the House of Lords, fan amendment to the procedure in the House of Commons, and support for a collective peace system are the other items mentioned in the "pro~ gramme."
