Canton, July 22, Ata meeting of the military and civil authorities in Canton, the following four resolutions were passed:
1, To telegraph throughout the country urging the military leaders to take up arms in readiness for a declaration of war with the Soviet.
2, To proceed with war preparations in Canton and to organize aerial and infantry forces in readiness to leave for North China.
8. To conduct anti-communist propaganda in South China.
4. To stage gigantic anti-communis demonstrations in all important cities.
is planned to despatch a full division of troops to North China to strengthen the frontiers.
With a view to preventing communist uprising, orders have eon issued that a watch shall be ypt on the movements of Russ in Canton.—Reuter.
