Tokyo, Jan. 26, The Japanese House of Peers has unaniniously passed a resolution ex-Dressing the heartiest thanks to the apanese delegation at Geneva for the "work they have. accomplished there and urging them t9 go aheail with the "fixed national policy of Japan in the cause of the lasting peace of the Far Bast", This resolution has been exiled to the delegates at Geneva. A similar menage was sent to the delegates yesterday by the Japanese Lower House—Reuter.
