Messrs. Arnhold & Ca, Ltd, were the plaintiffs in a civil action involving three defendants in the U.S. Court of China on Tuesday, Oct. 1. The three defendants were the Royer Construction Corporation, the Asia Realty Ca, and the American Oriental Banking Corporation. Mr. N. F. Allman appeared for the plaintiffs and Dr. G. Sellett represented the Amer~ tean Oriental Banking Corporation.
