A claim that they sighted a sea serpent off Hongkong while sailing in a yacht yesterday is made by two local' residents, Messrs. 'T. N. Frost, land F. Swaffer.
The beast, they said, resembled a huge snake. Tt moved with an un-Jdulating motion, occasionally bow-jing like a whale, The head was' not clearly visible, land only about 20 feet of the body could be seen.
