Supreme Court on October 28 a judgement summons against, Pala Singh, brought Chattar Singh, was heard by Judge G. W. King. Mr. E. T. Maitland aped for the plaintiff who claimed Pala Singh had been ordered to pay $8 a month to discharge a debt to Chattar Singh, but Inst month he had only paid $3 and this month $5. Pala Singh admitted that was getting $33 a month but said he was paying other crediters who had not brought a summons against him. The Court ordered to Pay the plaintiff $15 a month, until his debt was covered.
