Wu Ching-lien's Intimidation of House: M. P.'s Revolt Peking, Nov. 6. appears that Mr. Wu Ching-lien's bodyguard yesterday afternoon consisted of 20 secret cer-vice men who are alleged to have been armed with pistols. One of the guard assaulted a member on the floor of the House and was arrested by other members and handed over to the police. A group of members appear to be determined that this guard shall be publicly tried, doubtless hoping to incriminate Mr. Wu Ching-lien.—Reuter.
