Junior Cup Final

Had the Lancashire Fusiliers taken few of the many fine opportunities afforded them during the first half of their Junfor Cup final match against Three Cultures, they would have secured an easy victory instead of sustaining defeat, The soldiers pressed almost continually during the first half, their two wing men, Brooke and Francis, playing well, sending in many good centres of which the inside men failed to take full advantage. The Chinese proved far speedier and the more polished playrs as individuals, but lacked a cei tain amount of team work during the rst half The second half saw conditions reversed, however, Three Cultures dominating the play. The, teams were as follow:

Three Cultures—Z. K, Wong: J. Chu, Chang; 2, 2. Ting, L, C. Yen, KT. Ma; D, Chen, C. 8, Yee, V. K. ltwu, Byrne, oferce—Mr. F. 8, David.
