Order Issued by Hope'
Charhar Council Peiping, Mar, 23.
'The Hopei ang Charhar Political Couneit to-day ordered the Hopel and Charhar Provincial Governments and the Peiping and Tientsin Municipal Governments to order the' immediate abolition of all unauthorized organs in their respective districts, Organizations which are by virtue of the above order to be abolished Include the "Joint Association of Representatives for Hsien Autonomy in Hopei and Charhar." the "Hopel People's Autonomy Association" and the "All People Autonomy -Assoclation of the Republic of China."
The order further instructs that all telegrams or circulars addressed to or despatched by these Illegal organs shall be censored by the post and telegraph offices—Central News,
