" Dr. Wu's speech was an introductory one to a series of lectures on contemporary polities. The subject which Ihe chose was "From Versailles 10 Locarno, a Historleal Retrospect", the substance of which, as the subject clearly defines, is purely" historical. He passed no' judgement on. Herr Hitler's action, nor did he comment on the stand of other report beyond the afar As one who presided on the occasion, take: the liberty to request you correct the wrong impression caused by the Incorrect report.
