"Inter-Ally Committee"
Paris' dnancial correspondent of It, is announced here, states the the "Daily Telegraph," that an oil group composed of more than x different oil. companies, English, French, and Belgian, has been formed in Paris in the shape of a committee for the defence of their oil interests in Russia. This committee will take the name of the Inter-Ally Committee of Oil Companies in Russia. The committee accepts the principles laid down by the meeting of the international grouping of oil companies in Russia which assembled in Paris on September 19 and 29 last. It will be remembered that the following principles were adopted at the meeting.
