Work and Construction Mukden, Mar, 13.
A large railway workshop will be opened this year at Mukden which will be equipped with machines for the manufacture of railway supplies and the repairing of locomotives for the various Railways in the north east. The plans have been prepare ed by the Northeastern Comsunicas tion Committes, with the approval, of the Ministry of Railways.
The initial expenses for the proposed factory are estimated at $1,000,000, which will be appropriat~ ed from the revenue of the various Chinese Railways in Manchuria. The site chosen for the factory is next to the North-Eastern Univers sity.
