According to Chinese reports General Liu Tsen-hou, Tuchun of Szechuan, is calling a conference to' which all the military leaders on the side of the Central Government will be summoned, with the exception of Genere Yang Sen.""The. object of the conference is to discuss means of rehabilitation. It is believed that some friction exists between Generals Liu and Yang, and that the former is seeking to under mine General Yang.
