The Chinese Foreign Minister, Gen. Ichang Chun, has assured the Japanese [Consul-General in Nanking, JSuma, that China does not recognize the mutual assistance pact between Outer Mongolia and Soviet Russia, according toa special message received by "Asahi" from the Chinese capital to-day. Gen. Chang is also reported to have declared that China has no intention whatever to put Up a united front against Japan with Soviet Russia—Reuter.
