M, Ed. d'Hooghe, Juge Assesseur the French Consulate-General, Shanghai, and M. M. Chapeaux, Messrs. Chapeaux & Ca., Ltd., importers and exporters, of Shanghai have been promoted Chevaliers of the Legion of Honour—Reuter.
