PRESIDENT'S VETO OVER-RIDDEN

U.S. House Again Passes Farm Credits Bill

Washington, July 14, The House of Representatives yesterday over-rode the presidential veto and passed the Farm Credits Bill again by 260-97.. The bill, which prolongs for a year a reduction of interest on loans to farmers and is estimated to add $30 million to the national budget, was rejected by the President ihe day before. Having secured the necessary two-thirds majority in the House, it becomes law if it passes the Senate with the same maájority.—Havas.
