Two resolutions, proposed to the Indian -Football Association by the Maharaja of Santosh, adopted by that body and forwarded to the meeting held for the formation of the Federation for consideration, were discussed out of their turn and adopted, One laid down that the Federation will not interfere with or otherwise prevent teams from other parts of the country participating in the I, F. It runs thus:—That the Headquarters of the All-India Federation shall be in Calcutta for at least the next five years, Cal-cutty being the biggest football centre in India and in recognition of the past international and—inter-provincial services rendered by Bengal through the LF.A.
The Bengal delegate Mr. P. Gupta was able to get 2 seat for Dacca as a separate unit in addition to the two seats given to Bengal on the Council of the Federation
