In the face of this testimony it ie impossible to hold that the company has failed by a fair preponderance of evidence to establish the fact that the Board of Directors was not dissatisfied with Kelly's services er that they were not in good faith and honestly satisfied that Kelly was not giving to the concern his. best endeavours. The only escape which the Court could have from. such a conclusion would be to find faith on the part of the directory of this company, in other words int they were not in fact "dissatisfied" but that such dissatisfaction was a mere pretext and not the real cause of Kelly's dismissal. In order to justify such a finding it would manifestly be necessary to have before me some testimony reasonably woefully lacking in such testimony.
