The Chairman's address was as As you well know since the am nation of the Committees of the China Assosiation and the Chamber iwas made cifective in 1926, it. not been customary-for the Chait-man of the China Association to prepare a special report for presentation to members. The Report nich has been read by the-Chair-18 ai the Chamber of Commerce is also the Report of the Association, I do not think that I'ean in any way add to it. Tt covers the whole feid of the Association's activities, Jand 1 am sure you will agree that represents your views on conditions existing in China to-day.
