The Soviet merchant ship Terek, 3500 tons, was arrested yesterday. Jatternoon by the naval authorities on charge of having entered the fortified zone in the Pescadores.
'The captain of the vessel said that. the 'Terek was proceeding from Vladivostok to Singapore, and was obliged to enter the prohibited waters because of engine' trouble.
