Canton, Sept. 6.
With pence definitely sealed, all Central Government troops along the West River and in southern Kwang-tong have started evacuating districts converging on Kwangsi. The three peace emissaries, who returned here on Friday stated:—"Atter over inter views, coupled with our observations fof the political, military. and social conditions in Kwangsi, of the Kwangsi leaders and their points of view. regarding national defence exactly. coincide with the major policies of the Central Government."
The trio were particularly impress-Jed by Kwangsi's. great efforts and achievements in organizing and train-the people. Loyalty to the State, 15 demonstrated by both soldiers and citizens in Kwangsi, is highly praiseworthy, in the eyes of the three em-Issarles. Gen.
