Sin—Ii view of the unexpected and surprisingly large interest shown so quickly regarding the Pacific Islands, Old Bill thinks that the best way to give service in this matter, is to give the information in diary or other form, of the various Oles he visits on forthcoming visit; such information would be on such matters as costs of living, climate, scenery, transport, ete. and would be sent to Shanghai for publication, starting in about 6 to 7 weeks hence; in the meantime, Shanghai, better luck.
