In this case the defendant for a deed from obtaining the approval of the pi tiffs herein or of the Shang! Municipal Council. Likewise the defendant certainly had no right to mntinue building in defiance of the injunction of the Court, The Court therefore holds that. the plaintiffs are entitled to priority. in applying for she-ko of the land in dispute, but before the Shanghai Municipal Council approver she-ko or building it should be considered public property.
All buildings put up by defendant) on the land are to be removed within one month of the date of this judgment.
Court costs should be borne by defendant.
