The joint conference of the: Nuviz Department and. the. Naval Come manding Staff Office authorities which aimed at the formulation of the naval defence reform Pros gramme by virtue of the London Naval Treaty resulted in the follows ing agreement, subject to minor, modifications at future conferences which will be called before the pros gramme is formally taken up by the Cabinet Council for approval:
