Far-reaching powers were conferred to-day on Dr. Walter Trick, the Minister of the Interior, by a now Iny which the Cabinet has adopted.
The law authorizes retaliatory measures against the subjects of foreign slates, and their property, in the event of that slate penalizing subjects of the Reich, Conjecture Is active over the object of the now law. It is believed to have been designed to counteract the expropriation of Germans abroad and to provide a weapon against the arrest of Germans in Russia—Reuler.
