The Mixed Court Peking, Feb. 4.
A conference of representatives of the Chinese Government and of the Powers concerned was held today at the Waichiaopu in con-region with subjects relating to the reconstruction of the Shanghai Municipal Council as well as to the rendition of the Mixed Court in Shanghai.
'The Chinese delegation repeated their original contentions, which to all appearance still differ largely from the position taken by the Powers' representatives.—Eastern News Agency.
