The fist hearing took place yesterday of the civil suit between the Kwangchow University on the one side and Mr, Wang Kwei-in, 0 member of the Provincial Kuen tang Council, and Professor Ho Ts! hong, of the Chungshan University, on the other.
The Kwangchow University thorities allege that Mr. Wang Kweislu and Professor Ho Tsu-hong libelled the Kwangchow University whose President, Chin Meng-cheng, has been recently appointed Chancellor of the Chungshan University.
