The second hearing of Mr. Liu Luvin, member of the C. EC. i suspension, wets Shanghat last_month and extradited here for alleged complicity in the assassination of General Yang Yung-{al, former Chairman of the Hupeh Provincial Government, was held. in camera at the Wuchang District Court at one o'clock this afternoon.
