Ho Mei-hsien, director of the Chapel Waterworks, appearing as complain-fant; Chang is said fo have issued Invitations to friends of Mr, Ho, inviting them to be present at an imaginary anniversary' of the death Mr, Ho's father. Six of Mr. Ho's close friends sent gifts of money, the police were notified by Mr, Ho, and Chang was arrested in a hotel. The case was adjourned,
