By order of the Executive Yuan, the 'Ministry of Industry will take over the Cotton Control and Sericultural Commissions, which have hitherto been under' the jurisdiction of the National Economic Council, in order to unify Administration, Messrs. Chou I-chun, Administrative Vice-Minister of Industry, Mr. Tan }Hsi-hung, Director of the Afforestation Administration, and the various Departmental heads of the Ministry have been instructed to form a Committee to take over the affairs of the {vo Commissions before July 1.—Kuo
