Soviet Gunboats Fire Upon Manchoukuo Patrol Teltsihar, June 23.
'Tension was high on' the strife ridden eastern frontier of Manchoukuo as a Manchoukuo patrol and Soviet river gunboats staged a half-hour combat on the banks of the Amur last Sunday, belated reports reaching here last night said.
