General Chang Chun, former Minister of Foreign Affairs, spoke on "The Responsibility of a Modern Youth Toward His" Country and Society." He commented on the work of the university and advised the students to assume responsibility for the reconstruction of China and the world, "Attar the President's charge to the graduates, the diplomas and certineates were given. The candidates for college degrees were presented by Dean T. K. Van, the middle school graduates by Principal Howson Lee, the Downtown School of Commerce graduates by Executive Secretary W.'T. Zen, and the graduates of the Yangiszepoo Social "Centre. schools by Director Woodrow Ging.
