Holders of Debentures to Bearer are hereby notified that the above coupons representing interest at the rate of six per cent. per annum for the half year ending June 30, 1937, for the 1925 and 1932 issues and interest at the rate of 5% per cent. per annum for the period January 8, 1937, to June 30, 1937, both days inclusive, for the 1937 issue will be payable on and after June 30, 1997, at the offices of the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, Shanghai, Coupons must be listed on the Company's forms which may be had on application at the above-mentioned bank and must be left two clear days previous to payment between the hours of 11 am. and 3 pin, Saturdays excepted.
