Unoftcial advices from Cuba state that the season's sugar crop will be reduced to 4,000,000 tons, being a reduction of 500,000 tons compared with the figures for list year's crop—Reuter, New York, Jan. 9:—The Trea sury on Monday next will offer new 3B per cent. Treasury Notes in exchange for 4% per cent. Third Liberty Bonds, of 1918, the amount of Treasury Notes to be issued to depend upon the amount of Liberty Bonds surrendered—Reuter.
