Divorce proceedings were started in the U. S. Court for China on Wednesday by Mrs, Leo-note K, Hartigan v, Leonard W. Hartigan, an interlocutory order being granted by His Honour, Judge Purdy in favour of the petitioner. Similarly, an interlocutory order was given petitioner in another divorce action Broco S. Jenkins v, Agnes ida Jenkins. At 10 o'clock this morning 12 divorce case, Robert Mishler Mary Elizabeth Mishler on grounds desertion will come before his Honour.
