While both the Maple Leafs and the Bruins, leaders of the Canadian and American Divisions of the National Ice Hockey League respectively, won their games to-night, main interest was centered on the arena at Madison Square Garden in New York where the two home teams waged a bitter battle, resulting in victory for the Rangers over the Aniericans, 4-0.
