Pursuant to the Indenture and Trust Deed dated August 1, 1932, securing the above-mentioned Debentures of this Company, no transfers or exchanges of such Debentures will be made during the period from July 22, 1937, to the next interest payment date of such Debentures, namely August 1, 1937 (both days inclusive).
