Retire Together

I kinda agree with them psychologists folias who say that ym children think more of you and love. you more if you teach "em to be industrious by makin' fern? earn thei? way early in life. The children may think it unitir from the start, ut in the ead they love and respect their parents more. I only saw one exception to this rule and that was my Uncle Hod and his boy Horace.

Uncle Hod had worked hard to Luild up a business back home but all Horace would do was to lay round the poolhs!l all week and go io the dances on Saturday night. Finally on Horaces 43rd birthday Uncle Hod called him in and so:

"Son, Im 86 years old and I have saved enough for me to live on. Im genua turn my business over to you and retire."

Horace sai I love you toc much to take your busi less from you on just keep on livin' a few more years and we'll retire together—By Bob Bui
