Last night Manchurian and Chibli reinforcements from Tehchow passed through Tsinanfu southwards to id in the defence of Chinshow, which was incorrectly reported. yesterday to have fallen into the hands of the Nationalist forces. The defensive positions held by the Northern forces, based on the Chiekstou Hills, have now been improved.
