The Minister of Labour has de-elated the award of the Oficial Ar-Bitrator in connexion with the dis pute in the coal mining industry inthe. Rube to be binding.
The decision of the Official Arditrator, it may be recalled, provided for the maintenance of the Gight-hours' shift for underground workers, x reduction of one hour in the working hours of pit-head and other surface workers and a general increase of wages by eight per cent.
