Paris, July 27.
The Bourse opened on a slightly irregular note yesterday, although the speech of the Premier, M. Chautemps, was received with general satisfaction in the market, Vacations have made large gaps within the ranks of the members, and the meeting was marked by indifference. Toward the close, several small offers were made without any takers and French counters were thereby slightly reduced. Rentes were firm and appeared ready to rise. Internationals also were well affected, especially mines.—Havas.
